A Festival evening deserves a dining experience that meets the occasion.

Just a stone’s throw from the Hospices, Loiseau des Vignes is a restaurant that perfectly embodies the spirit of the Festival: a restaurant in the heart of Beaune, near the Hôtel-Dieu, serving an exceptional selection of Burgundy wines under the guidance of Éric Goettelmann, winner of the 2019 Meilleur Ouvrier de France award in sommelier arts.

For a more intimate atmosphere, Le Clos du Cèdre combines a 19th-century winemaker’s mansion, a garden, and gourmet cuisine.

Connoisseurs of hidden gems can also choose Le Carmin. A Michelin-starred restaurant, it stands out as one of Beaune’s premier dining destinations in the historic center. Located just a few steps from the Hôtel-Dieu, Chef Christophe Quéant creates precise, elegant, and seasonal cuisine in a bright setting.

Ma Cuisine, a low-key Beaune spot known for its wine cellar ambiance and intimate connection to fine wines, and Les Caves Madeleine, appreciated for its market-fresh cuisine and warm atmosphere, embody two authentic visions of local gastronomy.

At 21 Boulevard, guests descend into a historic wine cellar to enjoy generous, meticulously prepared dishes paired with carefully selected fine Burgundy wines. From reimagined eggs en meurette to melt-in-your-mouth cuts of meat and elegant desserts, the restaurant offers an experience that is both gourmet and deeply Beaunoise.

Just outside Beaune (a 5-minute drive away), in a charming little country village, La Table de Levernois offers a different kind of experience: dinner with a view of a magnificent French-style park, discreet and attentive service, and a more secluded side of Burgundy—ideal for extending a musical weekend in the atmosphere of a charming country home.

Staying during the Festival means choosing an atmosphere as much as a specific place to stay. The Hôtel de la Poste offers guests the chance to stay in a historic house in the heart of Beaune. With its rooms, apartments, inner courtyard, and elegant atmosphere, it offers a comfortable Burgundian retreat, ideal for visiting concert venues, dining in town, and exploring the historic center at your leisure.

Across from the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne, VOCO Beaune – Cité des Vins offers a more contemporary approach to your stay. In the surrounding villages, the Hostellerie de Levernois offers a truly exceptional retreat just outside Beaune. Further along the wine-growing coast, in Puligny-Montrachet, two establishments extend this immersion in the great terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. Olivier Leflaive Hôtel & Restaurants offers an experience centered on wine: an intimate hotel and winery, the property features the gourmet restaurant KLIMA and the bistronomic restaurant Bistrot d’Olivier, as well as numerous wine tourism experiences such as a vineyard tour via the Wine Bike Experience…

Also in the heart of the village, COMO Le Montrachet embodies a more contemporary and international take on the Burgundian art of living.
